We are now an Incorporated Association 21/2/26

In huge news, the Melbourne Queer TTRPG Community is now an Incorporated Association as of February 2026. 

This means a few things.

Firstly, we have a Committee of wonderful and dedicated members. Currently, those members are:

• Stevie Schafer (he/him) - President

• Logan Timmins (he/him) - Vice President

• Zoi Jahau (they/them) - Treasurer

• Ro Stevens (she/her) - Secretary

• T (he/they) - Committee Member

Secondly, it means we can now apply for grants and funding from various sources. If we're successful in our grant applications, this means we can fund community events like game days, socials, and workshops. A lack of funding has been one of our biggest roadblocks when serving this community, and so we're super excited to be embarking on this chapter of the organisation's journey.

Thirdly, while we're currently operating under model rules (as shown above by the current structure of the committee), we're hoping to move to a more heterarchal structure to better reflect the values of our organisation. This, however, is a longer, and more expensive process, but we are committed to making sure that this organisation is built on solid foundations.
